425   Marilyn Monroe by Laszlo Willinger. A professional photographer since the age of 16, the Hungarian born Willinger shot many of the most important personages of the first half of the century. When political turmoil forced him to leave Europe, he negotiated a deal with MGM and came to Hollywood, and soon replaced George Hurrell as the head photographer.
