Extremely Fine. Signed on the front cover, which is embossed with a large Presidential Inaugural Seal, and reads "The 52nd Presidential Inaugural An American Reunion New Beginnings Renewed Hope Program." Very few signed Presidential Inaugural programs have appeared on the market, and this one, signed by both Clinton and Gore, is pristine.
