Land Grant of 100 acres of land in a tract reserved for grants to military veterans, to Mescheck Walker, a corporal in the US Army. Countersigned by James Monroe as Secretary of State. Very Good. Some foxing, with a rough patch of abraded paper where the white wafer seal has been affixed. Both signatures are Fine.
