824   Cigarette Card Collectors Books. Two volumes: Die Eroberung Der Luft and Die Eroberung Der Luft II Folge: Ausland, c. 1930s. Approximately 9 x 12" with roughly 40 cardboard pages. These books document the history of flight via "stamp type" cards which would be collected with the purchase of cigarettes then inserted into their respective slots. Each card is approximately 2½ x 1½" with eight cards per page. They are beautifully colored and quite detailed. The cover of volume one exhibits some wear at the corners and along the binding but the interior pages are excellent.
