Note. While technically Uncirculated in every way, we have located a small tear
in the top margin that barely affects the design. Also a small piece of paper
is missing from the very top right corner. Thus we have down graded this note
to Almost Uncirculated. Acquired by the consignor as Uncirculated.

feels like a nice Uncirculated note, but with a small piece of paper missing

Certificate, "Educational Note", Choice Almost Uncirculated. Super deep and
bright colors are on this note which is just fantastic. However, there is one
very light center fold that has been pressed out. The note does have lots of
embossing, except for the center where is was pressed. The top margin has also
been trimmed slightly. Acquired by the consignor as Choice Uncirculated.

"washboard" paper wave from having being wet while the folds were pressed out.
