Certificate, Very Fine. Fresh and original in every way; this note features
Daniel Manning who was Secretary of the Treasury. Some very light soiling on
the reverse. While the front of the note had full margins, the back has no top
margin.

Autographed by U.S. Treasurer D.N. Morgan, Choice Uncirculated. D.N. Morgan
autographed this note just to the right of the large "2". "D.N. Morgan Treas.
U.S. 1893.1897." Autographed incriptions on Coin Notes are very scarce and
while Morgan was a prolific autographer, one does not see too many on Coin
Notes.

Original Series, Fr. 380 The NB of, Ch.# 1265. Scarce note from Albany
County. The bank was originally chartered in 1865 and in 1905 it changed title
to National Bank of Watervliet. Only 5 notes are reported to Kelly. Very Good
with strong pen signatures.

issued Value Backs and out of the seven or so notes reported on this bank, we
are lucky enough to have two Value Backs. This Value Back is one of only two
$10's that we can locate from this bank. Good.

lot is reportedly UNIQUE for type and denomination. Very Good with a
close bottom margin.

Plain Back Fr. 601 The First NB Ch.# (P) 8370. Very rare town with only two
banks and we are lucky to have one note from each of them. The only time a note
was offered in auction from this bank was in 1972! Only three notes are shown
in Kelly.

Idaho, Gooding - $10 1902
Plain Back Fr. 601 The First NB Ch.# (P) 9371. Large notes only from this
one bank town which doubles as the county seat of Gooding County. The bank was
chartered in 1909 and was liquidated in June, 1928. Only $40,000 was
outstanding at the time of close and only 6 notes have been reported to Kelly.
Fair at best with a chunk missing from the right side of the note.
We
understand that the in 1909, the Post Office in recorded only 90 people in
Gooding.

Association, Charter. #2044.
A very common note from one of the few
banks that survived the War Between the States. Very Good with small amount of
the note missing along the top edge were the folds are located.

Idaho, Twin Falls - $5 1902
Plain Back Fr. 606 The Twin Falls NB Ch.# 11274. A very rare bank with only
two notes reported. The only public offerings ever, are for small size notes.
Chartered in 1918, the bank was forced into a receivership by the great
depression with only $3,255 in large size outstanding. Good with trimmed
margins.

Plain Back Fr. 606 The Farmers and Merchants NB Ch.# (P) 10916. A very rare
bank with the last note being auctioned off in 1974! This institution was
chartered in 1916 and was bought by The First National Bank in 1920. During
those four years, a meager $147,000 was issued and only three notes are
reported. Very Good.

Plain Back Fr. 606 The First NB Ch.# (P) 11496. Parma is located in Canyon
County, not to far away from Caldwell and Boise. The bank only issued $5s in
both large and small size and only $1,385 was outstanding in 1935 of large
size. Six notes are reported from this bank. Fine.

this note would be the perfect "type note" for a state set. Kelly reports only
