Lot 1896
1935-S. PCGS graded
MS-64 Premium quality. Satiny luster abounds and both sides have a delicate
golden tone. Well struck, but with shallow relief on the reverse lettering, as
always seen. In an old style PCGS holder, and one that will no doubt be
resubmitted for a gem grade.
Estimated Value $300-350.
Lot 1897
1935-S. MS-60.
Pleasing BU, white, only small marks, a few light album slide-lines on the
face.
Estimated Value $90-100.
Lot 1898
1979-S Type I. PCGS
graded Proof 69 Deep Cameo. Unimprovable quality, the deeply frosted
devices appear more like a coin cut out as the deep mirror fields seem to fall
away from the frosted design elements. Superb, as much as an SBA can be.
Estimated Value $50-75.
Lot 1899
1980-S. PCGS graded
Proof 69 Deep cameo. An example of modern numismatic marketing run amok. As
fine as can be located.
Estimated Value $50-75.
Lot 1900
1981-S Type 1. PCGS
graded Proof 69 Deep cameo. As fine as these are found.
Estimated Value
$50-75.
Lot 1901
1981-S Type 2. PCI
graded Proof 67 Deep Cameo. Excellent contrast accounting for the deep
cameo designation. As struck.
Estimated Value $150-200.
Lot 1902
1981-S Type 2. PCI
graded Proof 67. A curious design, the obverse shows Susan B. Anthony, with
a rather stern expression on her face, the reverse with the eagle landing on
the Moon, with the olive branch of peace extended to the little lunar
creatures. The Earth is placed in the background, with an over-sized America
predominating. What will we think of next? Then again, we have.
Estimated
Value $125-175.
Lot 1903
1981-S Type 2. PCI
graded Proof 66. Light golden toning over deeply frosted devices and
ankle-deep mirror fields. As pretty as we usually see these.
Estimated
Value $75-100.
Lot 1904
1999-P. PCGS graded
Proof 69 Deep cameo. Superb.
Estimated Value $50-75.
Lot 1905

Each five piece set is choice and the silver has a slight blush of toning.
Both are mounted in a red Capital plastics style holder. Lot of 2 sets or 10
coins.
Estimated Value $120-150.
