Lot 1965

1921. NGC graded MS-65. Blazing white luster on both sides, with no signs of toning. Sharply struck for the date, with just a hair of weakness at the centers, and much better than
usually encountered. First year of issue, and the only year of the high relief style made for circulation.
Estimated Value $800-1,000.
Lot 1966

1921. PCGS graded MS-65 High Relief. A well struck gem that boasts golden shades and hazy gray over lustrous fields. As expected, the coin shows few signs of handling, with an excellent
cheek on Liberty. One of the few coins produced which most closely shows the artist's intent, with the strong strike on the devices and deeply engraved dies. Soon after 1921 drew to a close, the relief was greatly lowered by the jealous Morgan,
whose own design had been supplanted, and coins produced after this year are far less detailed. A scarce coin in this grade and downright rare any better.
Estimated Value $1,500-1,700.
Lot 1967

1921. PCGS graded MS-64 High Relief. Bright and frosty throughout, with a decent strike at the center. First year of issue.
Estimated Value $1,200-1,700.
Lot 1968
1921. MS-63+. Lightly toned with no discerning marks.
Estimated Value $250-350.
Lot 1969
1921. MS-63. Blast white and lustrous, with an excellent strike for this tough issue. As we know, the original concept of the Peace Dollar, as adopted, was this design, by 1922 the
design was greatly flattened out, lowering the relief and striking coins that are uninspired by comparison. Here is a beauty, one all collectors will treasure.
Estimated Value $150-200.
Lot 1970
1921. MS-60+. A totally white specimen.
Estimated Value $100-125.
Lot 1971
1921. MS-60. We note some faint rubber band burns on the obverse, one before the face, another at the back of Liberty's neck. Minor hairlines from a dipping, but well struck at the
centers.
Estimated Value $100-120.
Lot 1972
1921. AU-50. Dusky toning on both sides, but well struck by the dies.
Estimated Value $70-90.
Lot 1973
1924. (8 pieces). These grade from MS-63 to MS-65. A small group of this date, all stored in old style coin envelopes, and most of the pieces have toning over lustrous surfaces. A
common date, but fun to find with bright luster and pretty colors from toning. Lot of 8 coins.
Estimated Value $200-300.
Lot 1974

1925-S. PCGS graded MS-64 Premium Quality. Nice luster and lightly toned for this date. Typical soft strike at the center, notable on Liberty's curls near her ear. Minor handling marks,
but they are not too distracting, and this coin is conservatively graded. We note that PCGS has seen very few MS-65s of this date, only 24 to date, while there are 813 graded as MS-64. It is reasonable to assume that a better one would be far more
expensive, if you could find one, and probably not as pretty and original as this coin. Hence, we recommend the present example if you are a serious date collector.
Estimated Value $500-UP.
Lot 1975
1928. AU-55. This one has been cleaned in the past with the resulting hairlines. Some luster remains, and one of the scarce dates in the Peace dollar series.
Estimated Value
$120-140.
Lot 1976
1928. EF-40. Bright and lustrous, but there are some reeding marks on the obverse. A scarce date.
Estimated Value $120-140.
Lot 1977
1935. NGC graded MS-65. Highly lustrous and satiny with clean surfaces for the grade. There is one reeding mark on Liberty's cheek, near the back so it's not too distracting. Starting
to tone on the reverse with golden hues. A hand picked gem that most collectors will love.
Estimated Value $300-350.

Lot 1981
A large lot of Peace dollars. A total of 101 coins in this group, not too many 1922 Ps, and many are "S" Mints. Grades range from VG to Brilliant Uncirculated. A nice lot for the
dealer. Lot of 101 coins.
Estimated Value $800-1,000.
Lot 1982
A complete Peace dollar set all PCGS graded MS-64 1921 to 1935. This is a choice set that was put away years ago, most of the PCGS holders have the green insert, so possible upgrades upbound.
Each coin was chosen for its good luster and strike, and the set is well matched. Most of the coins in this set are blazing white, but a few have light toning starting to form. Perfect for the investor or collector who wants a lot of bang for the
buck. An impressive set. Lot of 24 coins.
Estimated Value $7,500-UP.
