1942 Type II. Proof 65. Frosty and bright, with a touch of toning on either side. We note a trivial planchet lamination before and above Jefferson's forehead and some edge corrosion from album storage back east.

1942 Type II. Proof 65. Hazy yellow toning, and apparently mounted in an album for many years, but without the corrosion on the edge. This one is pretty nice.

1942 Type I. Proof 65. Bright, with just a hint of toning starting to form. A high wire edge on the obverse.

1938, 1939, 1940, 1941 and 1942 Type I. These each graded Proof 63-65. A few hairlines on some, and watch for green corrosion on the edge from album storage in a damp environment.

Lot 330
1938 (2 pieces), 1938-DS, 1939 PDS, 1940 PDS, 1941 PDS, 1942 PD (I), 1942 PS (II) and 1943 PDS. These grade MS-63-65. One of the 1938 nickels has some corrosion on the rim from a damp environment, but the balance are all nice for the grades. Lot of 20 coins.

A slabbed Jefferson nickel lot. This is a partial collection of Jefferson nickels which are all slabbed and grade from AU to Gem Proof. All save the first one are uncirculated or better. Several Cameo proofs are included, as well as SMS coins. Lot of 33 coins.
