1928 $10 Gold certificate, Fr-2400. Crisp Uncirculated. Decent centering and still fairly bright. Always popular for the broken golden promises.
Estimated Value $200-250.
Purchased from Allen's Coin Shop in Westerville, Ohio some years ago.

Lot 2318
1928 $20 Gold certificate, Fr-2402. Crisp Uncirculated. Brilliant colors, with bright gold ink which was applied in abundance, so much so that when this one was manufactured, the sheet behind this note left a trace of its seal on the reverse. The front is well centered, the reverse is a touch out of alignment. This is the last of the gold-backed notes.
Estimated Value $250-300.

1928 $100 Gold certificate, Fr-2405. Choice AU. Great centering and just a few folds from new. These are the final issue of $100 gold certificates that were released into circulation.
