1875-CC. PCGS graded MS-64 Premium Quality. Nearly a gem with very clean surfaces for the grade. Frosty luster in the fields and satiny in appearance. Fully struck on the obverse, the reverse with minor weakness at the top of the left wing on eagle. Mostly white in color, with a hint of gold starting to form in the fields. Always popular for the "CC" Mintmark, and worth a strong bid.
Estimated Value $2,500-UP.
From the Michael Riordan collection.

1875-S. PCGS graded MS-65 Premium Quality. Sharply struck and well balanced, we note excellent luster in the fields. Toned with streaky gold and hints of green near the periphery but mostly a golden gray color with ample eye appeal. Full stars surround Liberty, and the eagle too boasts sharp details on his uppermost feathers. Perfect for the type collector who needs a high end gem.
Estimated Value $3,000-3,500.
