1880-CC. 8 over low 7, third reverse, and 1890-CC. The 1880-CC graded VG-8 and the 1890-CC grades Good-5. Both well worn and medium steel gray in color. Lot of 2 coins.

1880-O. PCGS graded MS-63. Blazing white luster and well preserved. Nicely struck, and a great collector coin for its clean surfaces and moderate grade.

1880-O (11 pieces). This partial roll grades EF to uncirculated, and six coins had the cheek buffed to reduce scratches. Lot of 11 coins.

1880-O (6 pieces). This group is all PCGS graded as follows: MS-60, MS-61 and MS-62 (4 pieces). As we know, 1880-O is a slightly better date, and each coin is generally bright or shows just a trace of toning. Lot of 6 coins.

1880-O (4 pieces). Each grades MS-60 to 63. Flashy luster on each and all show good dollar "spin".

1880-O (14 pieces). This group grades from XF to AU. We note that 6 of the coins have the tiny "O" mintmark. Lot of 14 coins.

1880-S. PCGS graded MS-66. Dark green and deep reddish gold on the obverse of this toned Morgan, with very intense colors. As usual, the reverse is bright. Well struck, and very clean for the high grade.

1880-S. PCGS graded MS-66. This one has magnificent obverse toning of soft blue and gold over luster, with a long band through Liberty's cheek to the S of PLURIBUS, probably caused by the edge of an envelope, the reverse white and untoned. The grade is nice too.

1880-S. NGC graded MS-66. Toned on the obverse with areas up rich blue, gold and umber hues throughout, the reverse bright and untoned. Well struck, and another spectacular toned dollar.

1880-S. PCGS graded MS-66. Highly frosted on the devices and with few signs of handling. A delightful high end gem coin. In an old small style PCGS holder.

1880-S. NGC graded MS-66. Toned with a very dark blue and gold rainbow area on the lower right obverse extending to the middle of the coin, the reverse untoned. Another toned dollar with unusually clean surfaces.

1880-S. NGC graded MS-65. Toned with gorgeous sunset red and gold on the obverse, with deeper blue at the rims, and a rainbow down through the date up to the left at the rim. The reverse also has some vibrant tones at the top, and gold around the rim, the rest of the reverse is bright and untoned. Clean surfaces and very appealing.

1880-S. NGC graded MS-65. Rose, lavender and blue on the obverse of this dollar, the reverse white. With all these toned dollars, it is best to view them in person or to at least see them on our webpage at "goldbergcoins.com" to get a sense of the intensity and range of the colorful toning.

1880-S. NGC graded MS-65. Toned on the obverse with a vibrant band of blue, green and gold on the left side of the obverse, white with a trace of gold elsewhere. Another intensely toned Morgan.

1880-S. NGC graded MS-65. The obverse has a lovely area of bright yellow gold toning on the lower half, with blue hues around the date, while the top remains a mix of brilliant white luster with some gold near the rims.
