1951-S. PCGS graded MS-66 Full Bell Lines. As nice as this date ever is found, PCGS has graded 39 as such with none graded higher! An important rarity in this fully struck gem condition, and this one boasts excellent luster, a touch of gold toning, and an impressive strike. Expect a strong bid to capture this one.
Estimated Value $2,000-UP.

1958-D. PCGS graded MS-65 Full Bell Lines. Gorgeous toning, which is quite attractive on the obverse with gold and blue, but the reverse is stunning, with violet, greens, blues and golds dancing atop the luster. Sharply struck and a knock-out.
Estimated Value $200-UP.

PCGS Graded MS-65 Full Bell Lines Franklin Half Dollar Set

Lot 448
A gem set of Franklin half dollars lacking only the 1953-S. 1948 to 1963-D all PCGS graded MS-65 Full Bell Lines. The only exception the grade rule is the key date 1949-S which is PCGS graded MS-66 Full Bell Lines! Of course the 1953-S is notorious for its weak strike, and extremely expensive if one can be located. This set is stunning, and the quality must be seen to be believed. Many key date rarities are included in the coveted gem grade with full bell lines. Most are in old green insert PCGS holders, and this set was obviously a labor of love. An outstanding set! Lot of 34 coins.
Estimated Value $10,000-UP.

Lot 449

Estimated Value $300-350.

Lot 450
