1913. NGC graded MS-65. A scarce gem example of this date, that boasts glowing luster and very clean surfaces. NGC has graded 25 this high with 4 higher, and PCGS has graded 40 this high with none higher. One tiny disturbance in the field before the eagle's shoulder.

1913. PCGS graded MS-64. Coppery gold luster and well struck by the dies. Minor handling ticks from gem, but certainly a lot of eye appeal here.

1914-D. PCGS graded MS-65. Here is one of the very finest graded 1914-D half eagles in existence! The surfaces are truly pristine and show only the faintest signs of contact. Boldly struck, with the incuse designs all sharp and crisp. Toned with rich coppery hues, this one will surely excite even the most advanced date collector. PCGS has graded a scant 12 this high, with just 2 graded higher, both as MS-66 above. If you demand one of the very finest of this date for your gem collection, then bid accordingly, as we expect this coin will generate the collector interest it deserves.

1929. PCGS graded MS-64. A lovely example of this final year of issue, light golden luster and a trace of copper toning. Excellent surfaces and quality for the grade. This is the final year of issue, and one that is seldom found in near gem grades. PCGS in their Population Report note 69 have been graded this high, with a scant 8 higher, all as MS-65. In an old green insert PCGS holder.
