Excellent fields and surfaces for the moderate grade, and we wouldn't be surprised to see this one graded higher in the future. An impressive example for the type or date collector.

Lot 599      1939. NGC graded Proof 68. A lofty grade that is well justified. This gem is further complimented by the attractive sunset toning that deepens about the extreme borders.

Lot 600      1939. PCGS graded Proof 67. Milky gold iridescence on the obverse, and no doubt from an original set as the cellophane holders caused this type of toning. A lovely example for the specialist.
