Franklin Half Dollars

2500    1952. PCGS graded Proof 64. Beautiful gold and dark blue toning surrounds untoned centers on both sides. Most Proof 1952 Half Dollars are untoned because they've either remained in their original cellophane wrappers or they've been taken out and placed in hard plastic cases. The color seen here can only be acquired through years spent in a paper-based album.

2501    1953. NGC graded Proof 68. A satiny, near-perfect Gem that looks more like a monster Mint State example than a Proof (either way, it's an exceptional coin). Mostly white, with a touch of violet toning near the rims.

2515    A Complete Gem Set of Franklin Half Dollars. 1948-1963-D. All PCGS graded MS-65 Full Bell Lines. All the coins are matched white examples which took the consignor many years to complete. This is the Powell/Jetaco set. Careful study is recommended as a number of the coins in this set will probably upgrade. A very popular set and always in demand.
