Estimated Value
$60-80.
Lot 1596

1916-D. AU-50.
This one has been cleaned, and the surfaces are now a bit dull, so it
likely won't get graded by the services. The key date of the series, as the
Denver Mint stopped production in order to make quarters according to Breen.
Estimated Value $2,000-2,500.
Lot 1597

the rim over T in LIBERTY.

crack from the rim up through Liberty's bust, just back from the tip.
Estimated Value $1,500-1,700.

fields.
Estimated Value $100-120.
Lot 1601
1924-S. PCGS graded
MS-63 Full Bands. Gold and rose toned throughout, with satiny fields and
clean surfaces. A rare date in high grade, and seldom found this well struck.
Estimated Value $500-UP.
Lot 1602
1927-S. AU-58.
This one may have been cleaned some time ago as the surfaces are a bit
rough, lightly toned now with some luster in the fields and well struck for
this very scarce date. Close to mint state, and nice overall.
Estimated
Value $100-125.
Lot 1603

1931-S. NGC graded
MS-67. One of the very finest graded and a glass will reveal why, the
surfaces are superb in every way. Sharply struck, with nearly full bands, but
not quite. There is a hint of rose toning on Liberty's head, and a bit more
around the rims. A rare date and certainly one of the best to survive.
Estimated Value $750-850.
Lot 1604
1935. NGC graded
MS-67 Full Bands. Certainly one of the finest graded of the date, in fact
only 78 have been graded this high by NGC, with none graded higher. An
opportunity to put away a common date in stunning, well struck condition.
Estimated Value $150-170.
Lot 1605
1940. PCGS graded
Proof 64. A flashy proof that is untoned.
Estimated Value $70-90.

off-center towards 9:00 on the obverse. PCGS graded MS-63 Full Bands.

neck. Full date and mintmark.
Estimated Value $200-250.
Lot 1607
1941-S. This roll
grades MS-64 and better. An excellent roll, many have full split bands and
most are untoned. Lot of 50 coins.
Estimated Value $500-600.
Lot 1608

1942. 2 over 1.
ANACS graded MS-61. With a hint of toning on the obverse, and well
struck. A few minor circulation lines, and with flat bands on the central
reverse.
Estimated Value $750-1,000.
Lot 1609

1945. MS-65 Split
Bands. An extremely rare coin with split bands, virtually all seen have
flat bands at the center of the reverse. This one is a pleasant exception, with
nice separation between the bands at the center. Blazing white in color, and
struck fully from clashed dies. An opportunity for the specialist.
Estimated Value $4,000-5,000.
